Dear Parents/Carers,
A big thank you to all of you who completed the parent questionnaire last term. It has given us a true reflection of how you all feel about the nursery.
It is really good to see so many favourable responses and thank you for taking the time to add such positive comments to the bottom of the questionnaires. It is always good to have feedback which is encouraging and shows us how well we are doing.
It is wonderful to hear that so many of you feel that your child enjoys their time at Natural Nurture, and that you all feel that your child is safe at the nursery. These features are extremely important to us as we continue to strive towards our nursery being an engaging, creative learning environment where learning is fun and inspiring.
We really value all your feedback and are always looking to improve. Your suggestions and ideas are always welcome and they often enable us to think about what we should look at next.
As a result of some of your feedback and comments, we will be putting into action some new processes that will, we believe, make you feel more informed as to what your child gets up to whilst with us. You will find more detailed information in the Survey Results document.here…
